I’m officially a neurologist! After 12 years of dedication and hard work at LAU, I’m excited to start this new chapter in my life.
I vividly recall my early days on the Beirut campus, working in the chemistry lab as part of the work-study program. I would walk down Hamra Street to catch the bus for the hour-long ride back home.
With the continuous support of LAU, which paved the way for my success and stood by me through every challenge, my dream of becoming a physician has finally come true.
To echo the words of then-president Dr. Joseph Jabbra: “Wherever you are, wherever you go, whatever you do, don’t forget LAU.”
I will always remember and cherish my time at LAU.
