I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to LAU, which has been my second home for the past five years. During my time here, I earned a BS in Business–Information Technology Management and a minor in data analytics with high distinction, and met many wonderful people who have become my family. I am also grateful for the opportunity to study for an MBA for the past two years; I am excited to be graduating this semester.
I would like to extend my special thanks to Dr. Manal Yunis, the chairperson of the Department of Information Technology and Operations Management. I have learned so much from her over the past two years, working as her graduate assistant and having her as my research project advisor. I am deeply grateful for her guidance and mentorship.
I would also like to thank Mr. Ali Sawwan, the lead assistant librarian–Circulation for giving me the opportunity to be a library assistant for the past two years. I have learned a lot from him and the library staff, and I appreciate their support.
Thank you, LAU, for the five amazing years. I will always cherish the memories I have made here.
