Memories

Diana Farran

BS ’19; MA ’23

One thing that has stayed with me from my campus days at LAU is the incredible journey of both my undergraduate and graduate years. I graduated with a BS in biology, then branched into a completely different field, pursuing my MA in STEM education funded by the MEPI-TLG program. Both experiences were truly exceptional.

The MEPI-TLG scholarship introduced me to a community of passionate and driven individuals who quickly became more than just peers—they became family. The friendships I made during those years have been a source of unwavering support and joy, and the memories we created together are some of the most cherished of my life.

Moreover, the guidance from exceptional professors was invaluable. Their dedication and enthusiasm inspired me and supported my growth academically and personally.

These experiences, along with the vibrant campus life, have shaped me into the person I am today. The lessons learned and bonds formed continue to influence my life and career, reminding me of the incredible journey I embarked upon at LAU.
